TERMS OF SERVICE

All items are final sale. If your items arrives broken or damaged please contact us within 3 business days. Any damaged items should be documented via photographs before being accepted for a return. Once the return is accepted by our team, all items must be sent in original packaging within 7 business days unused, with tags and without any stains in order to receive a refund.

Please note that vintage items may have wear, surface cracks/chips and imperfections. All vintage items are sold as, no returns or exchanges.  That is to be expected and what we LOVE about vintage items.

All custom furniture is FINAL sale, no returns, credits or exchanges. Payment is required in full for all items, no cancellations allowed for custom items once payment has been received. Sizing of our custom furniture must be provided by the customer or designer working with the customer, Barta Interiors does not provide size recommendations for our custom pieces, this service is for clients we are working on full scale interior design projects only.  Customer is responsible to measure and confirm sizes in their own space to make sure it works.  Client also responsible to confirm onsite conditions to know furniture can fit through doors, hallways, etc.

Designer Concierge Service is a paid service and we work only with specific brands to shop fabrics for our furniture collection or custom pillows as well as for table lamps, sconces, pendants and chandeliers.  Anyone outside of that list of vendors we will not provide samples or shop from.  For more information and conditions on the Designer Concierge Service please click here.

Photos & colors - The color of our products that appear on the website are as close to accurate as possible, we are not responsible for discrepancies due to your monitor or display. Colors may not be accurate and by using our site this is understood by all parties.
Pricing - Products displayed on the website are quoted in U.S. Dollars and available online only.  No pick ups allowed.

Indemnification - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barta Interiors Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents,licensors and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms and conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights. Barta Interiors Inc. shall retain and own all intellectual and/or commercial property rights throughout content of website, which rights may include copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, patents and rights under the Visual Artists Rights Act. All images, drawings, photos and info on Barta Interiors website will remain the exclusive property of Barta Interiors Inc. This website in its entirety is protected by copyright and applicable trade dress.
